About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Group & Event Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for liaising closely with clients to plan and execute conferences, social and corporate events, and group accommodation. You'll work closely with our operational departments to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to plan and execute conferences, social and corporate events, and group accommodation
- Work closely with operational departments to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with fellow sales and marketing team members to provide smooth and efficient planning
- Coordinate and negotiate sales efforts between sales department and catering to maximize revenue
- Be proactive in upselling and maximizing revenue relating to conference, banqueting, and food and beverage services
