About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Group and Event Planning Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing conferences, social events, and group accommodations that exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
- Work closely with hotel operational departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Foster strong relationships with fellow sales and marketing team members to provide smooth planning and execution
- Coordinate with AV companies and other suppliers to deliver exceptional event experiences
- Upsell and maximize revenue opportunities for conference, banqueting, and food and beverage services
