Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and train retail staff to ensure exceptional service standards and product knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain a well-stocked environment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
  • Implement promotions, loyalty programs, and other strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • At least hold a bachelor's degree in management including marketing, management, human resources or related fields.
  • A master's degree in the related field is preferable.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a health and wellness or therapeutic environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience with sales and inventory management is a plus.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
