Job Title: Client Experience Director

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Client Experience Director will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful delivery of our accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to address their inquiries and concerns
