About the Role

We're seeking a Ticketing Services Specialist to play a pivotal role in optimising ticketing operations across HOTA, EGC-owned festivals, and other partner events. Reporting to the Director Digital, this newly created role will champion the effective use of the Tessitura Ticketing & CRM system and deliver seamless ticketing experiences that enhance the customer experience, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and audience satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the lead user and "go-to" specialist for Tessitura across EGC.
  • Provide training, support, and advice to teams using the ticketing system.
  • Lead initiatives in conversion rate optimisation across digital sales platforms
  • Design & implement multivariate tests to evaluate ticketing offerings.
  • Collaborate on system upgrades, integrations, and digital ticketing projects.
  • Monitor and report on ticketing performance, including sales, memberships, donations, and KPIs.
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimise digital ticketing and identify opportunities for cross- and up-selling.
  • Maintain clean and accurate data while upholding data security and privacy protocols.
  • Liaise with promoters, event producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver ticketing insights and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement by troubleshooting issues, streamlining processes, and driving innovation.
  • Support the customer service teams to provide world-class service.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience supporting or leading a technology driven ticketing function in a dynamic environment, ideally within Arts & Culture or other multi-discipline environments
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level ticketing software, CRMs or event management tools, preferably Tessitura or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and insights into actions.
  • A record of delivering excellent customer service and training staff in systems skills.
  • Confidence in working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Curiosity to do things better.

The role is primarily based in our Broadbeach office, with occasional work required at the HOTA precinct.
