Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Professional to join our team in Australia. As a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS cybersecurity, we deliver a comprehensive platform to protect networks, devices, and ensure compliance for public and private sector organizations and enterprises.

This role reports to the Regional Sales Director (RSD) for ANZ and focuses on growing sales and revenue by developing and executing a go-to-market strategy with channel partners. You will align partner strategies with our broader business goals, have in-depth knowledge of our products, and diligently execute partner business plans and co-sell initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong channel partner sales experience and a network of partner relationships with decision-makers within partner organizations. Travel as needed to support partner development, enablement, customer meetings, governance, and pipeline generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Acceleration: Drive regional revenue through partner-led sales and co-sell initiatives with assigned partners, including distribution partners for ANZ.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, cultivate, and advance qualified partner pipelines throughout the sales cycle.
  • Co-Sell Execution: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, solution offerings, and joint execution with our ANZ sales teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Align with internal sales leadership to develop and execute partner plans, growth and acquisition strategies to expand into new verticals and territories.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with partner organizations' sales, presales, and technical teams, and with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Partner Development: Collaborate with our functions to develop partner practice capabilities, including Partner Sales Enablement Plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Lead business and quarterly planning/review sessions and provide updates on channel performance to leadership.
