
National Sales Growth Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Development Professional who will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships to enhance sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with new and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementation of core business development strategies to drive expansion of the company's brand within Australia
- Identification and conversion of new opportunities for total solutions / product sales
- Provision of comprehensive business management, marketing and sales initiatives while promoting the company's capabilities and extensive product range
- Identification of target areas within the market
- Maintenance of strong product and market knowledge
- Promotion of a positive approach within the industry in relation to the company's product range and new initiatives
- Ensure all solutions submissions are prepared checked and entered client submissions
- Maintenance of network of industry intelligence to ensure competitiveness and professional presentation of proposals exceed industry expectations
- Providing regular updates to senior management with client and industry feedback
- Timely submission of sales and order forecast as required
- Delivery of pipeline booking sales and gross margin targets
- Leadership in implementation of business development strategies and other projects
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Strong knowledge of business management, HVAC and related industries
- Proven track record of sales within the industry
- The ability to build long term pipelines
- An existing network of contacts in the marketplace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
