**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Overseeing all store recruitment efforts, including interviewing and sourcing top talent;
  • Crafting empowering experiences within the store for customers and staff alike through regular coaching and development;
  • Leading the team and building a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and connection;
  • Serving as a brand ambassador and creating premium store experiences with meticulous visual merchandising standards;
  • Motivating the team to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals while working closely with the Area Manager on sales reporting and target setting;

**Essential Qualifications We're Looking For:**

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in store management within a retail environment;
  • A proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging teams, with a solid understanding of KPIs;
  • Prioritizing people skills, strong leadership, and commercial acumen to drive business growth;
