Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Operations Manager to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality experience for our customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and staff to achieve outstanding service standards.
- Create and maintain a premium cocktail list with classic and innovative drinks that showcase Italian flair.
- Manage wine and spirits inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and quality.
- Train and mentor staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Foster a positive work environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns and ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a bar management role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.
- Detailed knowledge of Italian wines, cocktails, and spirits.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- RSA certification is mandatory.
