Job Overview

The Medical Support Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating local recruitment and ensuring seamless collaboration with district Junior Medical Workforce and Senior Medical teams.

About the Position

This dynamic role requires precision and attention to detail, upholding award-compliant rosters, managing Healthroster entries, validating overtime and VMoney claims, and leading audits and invoice processing with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate local recruitment and ensure seamless collaboration with district Junior Medical Workforce and Senior Medical teams
  • Uphold award-compliant rosters, manage Healthroster entries, validate overtime and VMoney claims
  • Lead audits and invoice processing with confidence
  • Provide high-level customer service both verbally and in writing
  • Navigate and utilise Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel to input/sort data in spreadsheets, Word for developing correspondence and Outlook to schedule meetings, and respond to enquiries

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and utilise Microsoft office suite
  • High level organisational skills and exceptional time management skills
  • High level analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated competence and experience in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently in a team environment
