We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the growth of our business by developing and executing strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Job Description:
We are looking for someone who has,
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in real estate, home staging, or interior design.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Experience with proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence will be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse market research and analysis data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, property developers, and homeowners to secure ongoing partnerships.
- Conduct cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Craft compelling business proposals and presentations to showcase value proposition.
Benefits:
