Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the growth of our business by developing and executing strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.

  • Job Description:

We are looking for someone who has,
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in real estate, home staging, or interior design.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Experience with proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse market research and analysis data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  2. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, property developers, and homeowners to secure ongoing partnerships.
  4. Conduct cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  5. Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  6. Craft compelling business proposals and presentations to showcase value proposition.
