About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our business in the energy savings scheme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-level stakeholders, regulators, and industry experts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans, including sales and marketing strategies, to drive growth and profitability.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior management role, preferably in the energy savings scheme.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the energy savings scheme, including certificate trading and sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business plans, and drive revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
