The Client Services Specialist role plays a vital part in building strong client relationships and ensuring the continued profitability of the business through organic growth and referral opportunities.
This position reports to the Team Leader – Client Services, who oversees the effective management of workflow and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet clients' needs and service expectations in a timely and responsive manner.
- Process requests and tasks on the service desk and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain data integrity regarding DLL's security registrations (PPSR).
- Update customer data on InfoLease systems.
- Handle inbound calls - queries and requests.
- Manage original contractual documents archives.
- Identify and correct daily/weekly/monthly exception and error reports.
- Apply agreed business procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leader to enable efficient workflow management.
- Anticipate and resolve problems before they impact DLL, lessor partners, and/or customers.
- Support vendor partners by providing accurate reports and customer data.
- Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.
