Our organisation seeks a dedicated professional to excel in the role of an Employee Relations and Workplace Advisor.

This key position involves leading teams, delivering guidance on workplace matters, and supporting managers with employment law interpretations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cases, drafting HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level advice on employee relations and workplace policies to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of professionals, overseeing grievance, performance, and conduct cases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely resolutions of workplace disputes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field is desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment legislation, including industrial relations and work health and safety.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex workplace scenarios.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective training programs and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.
