Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into effective people strategies

  • Coordinate wellbeing activities and programs, promoting a healthy work-life balance and employee engagement
  • Organize employee recognition programs, celebrating achievements and contributions
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • When required, support the Talent Manager on recruitment in Australia, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Facilitate the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Work Health and Safety
  • Coordinate first aid training for team members
  • Ensure first aid equipment is stocked and regularly maintained
  • Coordinate fire wardens
Projects and Initiatives
  • Participate in various HR projects as directed, such as employee engagement surveys, leadership training initiatives, values-based projects
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business or Human Resources
  • PREFERRED - Australian Human Resources Institution (AHRI) certification - CHRP
