The Role:
  • Deliver highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants.
  • Motivate, mentor and support personal growth, helping participants develop and establish their vocational identity.

You will be working closely with a small group of participants, providing hands-on and consultative support. This includes tailoring supports to individual requirements, encouraging skills development, and increasing people's capacity for work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration.
  • Support and consultation to employers.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
