This role is part of our Futures program, delivering highly individualised employment supports to Participants.

As a facilitator, you will motivate, mentor and support personal growth, helping participants to develop and establish their vocational identity. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on and highly consultative support to a small group of participants.
  • Mentoring and encouraging skills development to increase people's capacity for work.
  • Delivering person-centred supports to participants, some transitioning from school to work.
  • Providing on-site support once employment has commenced and assisting with integration.
  • Supporting and consulting with employers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with participants, employers and other stakeholders.
