Team Leader, Settlement and Youth Services

We are seeking a Team Leader to coordinate the operational delivery of Settlement and Youth programs.

The successful candidate will oversee case management supervision, project oversight, and direct service delivery as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate operational delivery of Settlement and Youth programs
  • Supervise case management support staff
  • Oversight of projects and services

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related health discipline
  • Experience delivering high level case management support and project implementation
  • Development and delivery of client focused activities and services
  • Understanding of issues facing people from CALD backgrounds
  • High level interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to motivate, lead and supervise teams
  • Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
