Career Development Facilitator

This role is part of our APM Futures program, working with individuals to develop their vocational identity and achieve employment goals.
The RoleAs a Facilitator, you will provide highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants. Your work will involve motivating, mentoring and supporting personal growth, tailoring your approach to each participant's needs.
- Provide hands-on support to participants, developing skills and increasing capacity for work.
- Deliver person-centred supports, assisting with transition from school to work and on-site integration.
- Support employers and facilitate successful employment outcomes.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including Youth Services, NDIS, Community Services and Employment Services. You should be a resilient problem solver, able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Willingsness to complete a Criminal History Check.
- Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
