We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to provide high-quality personal care and daily living assistance to residents in a purpose-built, dementia-friendly environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Providing personal hygiene support and mobility assistance to residents
• Engaging with residents in social activities and promoting their independence and wellbeing
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to implement individualised care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory requirements

• Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Medication Endorsement for at least 2 years
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in providing person-centred care to older adults, particularly those living with dementia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
