
Community Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to coordinate the operational delivery of community programs in Hobart. The successful candidate will provide case management supervision, project oversight, and direct service delivery as needed.
This role involves supporting and guiding staff to ensure they receive adequate supervision, contributing to project development, monitoring, and evaluation. Working in a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will collaborate with the team to achieve program goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related health or social science discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high level case management support and project implementation.
- Development and delivery of client focused activities and services across a variety of audiences.
- Understanding of issues facing people from diverse backgrounds, including an understanding of the impact of trauma and torture.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with external stakeholders, including advocating for clients.
- High level interpersonal and communications skills including the ability to motivate, lead and supervise teams.
- A current unrestricted Driver's Licence and capacity to travel intrastate as required.
