About the RoleThis exciting opportunity at our Caboolture branch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities- Service Administration: Opening and closing jobs, allocating parts and timesheets, and invoicing customers.
- Post-Warranty and Service Work: Following up on post-warranty and service work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Job Scheduling: Planning and booking workshop jobs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Accounts Management: Processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing debtor and creditor relationships.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in the service department.
- Parts Department Support: Assisting the parts department as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Scheduling of Company Truck: Scheduling the company truck for deliveries and pickups.
- Prior Service Administration Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a service administration role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional Presentation: A professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Forklift Licence: Possession of a valid forklift licence.
