Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social and Production Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategy
  • Provide expertise and insights on producing high-quality livestreams using platform features
  • Manage social and production strategies for core LIVE content partnerships and events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, journalism)
  • 3-5 years of experience in content and social media management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
