Event Coordinator Job Opportunity

The National Association is seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join their Sydney-based team. As an integral part of the events administration team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events on iMIS (CRM and events system)
  • Manage registration administration efficiently
  • Prepare event collateral and materials in a timely manner
  • Administer website/event site effectively
  • Provide onsite event assistance as required
  • Collaborate with the National Events Team to develop and distribute electronic direct mailers
  • Assist Event Coordinators with invoicing and payment processing tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience working in events administration or a related field
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience with CRM's and data entry essential
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills necessary for success in this role
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
