Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to support a national telecommunications client with multisite operations responsible for a State portfolio. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to the client.
This role is focused on operational delivery – ensuring reliable and consistent delivery to plans. You will identify risks, manage incidents, and resolve tenant/client/customer issues as per agreed processes.
The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with client representatives and contribute to maintaining a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-disciplinary workforce
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in facility management, business administration, or project management
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Data Centre experience (advantageous)
