Job Overview

This role is focused on driving expansion across Australia, New Zealand & SE Asia territories as a high-impact Business Development Manager. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with decision-makers in the piling, drilling, and heavy civil industries.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new equipment sales and rental agreements with foundation drilling contractors, general contractors, and rental partners.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with industry players, from estimators to executives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored sales approaches to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver custom drilling solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client demonstrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (heavy equipment, drilling, piling, or related industries is an asset)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
