About driving business expansion through innovative marketing initiatives.
We are seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to develop and execute strategic growth plans, optimise marketing channels, and accelerate revenue growth in the Australian market.
This role requires an understanding of digital marketing strategies, strong leadership skills, and expertise in leading and managing marketing teams to drive sustainable growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives that expand our customer base while optimising key performance metrics.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with business objectives and drive substantial revenue growth.
Oversight of multiple marketing channels to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance.
Strategic oversight for established marketing channels to maximise performance and ROI.
Identification of emerging and experimental marketing channels, assessing their potential impact through market research and feasibility studies.
Analysis and application of advanced analytics tools to track performance, optimise marketing spend, and maximise ROI.
Rigorous monitoring and reporting systems to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
Budget distribution across marketing channels to maximise impact and ROI.
Prioritisation of high-performing channels and testing/scaling new opportunities.
Leadership and growth of a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Communication of marketing performance and growth strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in scaling marketing teams and driving business growth in start-up environments.
Strong analytical skills, with extensive experience in data segmentation and forecasting.
Experience in developing high-impact growth strategies that directly drive revenue expansion.
Understanding of customer acquisition, LTV, CAC, and conversion rate optimisation.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product and patient care teams to enhance growth initiatives.
Success Metrics:
Reduce CAC by at least 20% while maintaining LTV and volume.
Increase funnel conversion rate across all channels by at least 10% through testing and refinement.
