Job Title: Director, Healthcare Finance
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth and performance of our healthcare financing channel. As a Director, you will own the development and execution of strategies to acquire new merchants, deepen engagement with existing partners, and ensure seamless end-to-end experiences for both merchants and customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Define and execute growth strategies for LendCare's healthcare vertical, with clear targets across acquisition, penetration, and utilization.
- Identify high-potential healthcare sub-segments and tailor strategies to fit market needs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with national scope.
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel leadership, ideally in financial services, health services, or POS financing.
- 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
