Finance Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to manage various financial and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inbox management, financial software systems, and accounts management. The role is part-time working 20-25 hours per week over 4-5 days in our Perth CBD office, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals with strong administration skills and experience, preferably in finance and/or accounting.

  • Deliver accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of bank accounts, credit card facility, and petty cash.
  • Assist with cyclical tax and accounting reporting and processes.
  • Enforce financial management policies and good practices.
  • Daily management of the Accounts enquiries inbox.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong administration skills and experience, preferably in finance and/or accounting.
  • Knowledge and interest in finance and accounting processes and requirements.
  • Exemplary data management and accuracy, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong computer and financial system proficiency.
  • Well organised, proactive, and self-motivated, able to take ownership with minimal oversight.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and dedicated team player.
