  • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights.
  • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
  • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials on and off stage for events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
  • Provide high-quality and timely research content peer review.
  • Build credibility as an industry expert to represent research, methodology, and strategy.
  • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community.
  • Research and track trends in public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and server virtualization solutions from the point-of-view of technology, buyer behavior, market players, and ecosystems.
  • Track buyer and competitor behaviors to identify areas of differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Predict trends and disruptions that could affect growth and competitiveness of cloud service providers.
  • Establish research positions that are acknowledged and adopted across a cohort of analysts.
  • Provide high-quality and timely research content peer review.
  • Become a trusted advisor to product managers and chief product officers of cloud providers by providing a regular cadence of high-quality interactions via 1:1 client inquiry.
  • Provide sales support for large and global technology clients and prospects.
