Senior Technical Lead Position Overview

As a senior technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our technology team to deliver high-quality software solutions across internal and customer-facing applications.

This position is ideal for someone with a deep passion for cloud, web, and API development, combined with a strong focus on technical excellence, leadership, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Ownership: Establish and maintain best practices in coding, security, and high-quality development standards.
  • Cloud & API Development: Design, build, and optimize AWS-based cloud architectures using serverless computing, microservices, and event-driven designs.
  • Agile & DevOps Excellence: Champion Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices to improve efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance & Reporting: Manage resource planning, track team capacity, and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years in software development, including at least 3 years leading technical teams.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
  • Cloud Architecture Expertise: Extensive experience in AWS cloud solutions (serverless, microservices, event-driven architectures).
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS DevOps Tools, CircleCI.
  • Communication & Reporting: Ability to deliver clear technical updates and performance reports.
