About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Portfolio Growth Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

This role is a key part of our organization's growth strategy, and you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing relationships with our customers across multiple services.

You will work collaboratively with our sales teams and other stakeholders to identify and solve additional business problems for our customers, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The right candidate will have a strong track record of consulting delivery experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Nurturing and expanding existing relationships with customers across multiple services.
  • Collaborating with sales teams and other stakeholders to identify and solve additional business problems for customers.
  • Leading project financial metrics and overseeing project allocations and utilization.
  • Cultivating executive-level relationships and managing client proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 8+ years of project or direct line management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
