As a Strata Portfolio Manager with Gough Recruitment AU, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 700-1000 lots. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and client needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Manager who possesses a solid background in managing diverse portfolios. A current Strata Certificate or Licence is essential, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Strata Schemes Management Act and be able to navigate legal and regulatory requirements confidently. As part of our team, you will work closely with Building Management Committees to facilitate decision-making processes and enhance community living standards.

You will also be responsible for organizing and conducting Annual General Meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop and manage budgets for your portfolio, ensuring financial sustainability and transparency.
