Your expertise in performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques will drive operational excellence and innovation within our organization. As a key business partner, you'll collaborate with Transport & Sortation, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES, and Engineering teams to achieve operational goals and metrics.
Main responsibilities include reviewing operational forecasts, determining productivity requirements, managing team performance, and promoting a safe work environment. Additionally, you'll identify and lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience required. Experience in employee and performance management, as well as flexible scheduling, is essential. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 (dependent on location and experience)
