Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Forklift Operations Coordinator to operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, load/unload trucks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery, loading/unloading trucks, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Forklift Operations Coordinator will play a key role in delivering a Continuous Improvement mindset and initiatives to process 28,000 tonnes of baled post-consumer PET per annum for conversion into food grade rPET resin. Key responsibilities include:

  • Complying with WHSE procedures and directions and following reasonable instructions
  • Actively participating in all Company training on Quality Policies and Procedures
  • Contributing to product quality through inspection and testing where specified
  • Advising Supervisors or Technicians promptly of WHSE, Quality, Maintenance or People issues
  • Housingkeeping of workstations during shift
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Being an active member of the operations team through open & honest communication

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Experience in operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
  • Experience in loading/unloading trucks
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Previous experience in store person, warehouse, manufacturing or similar environments preferred
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills

What We Offer
