Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Course Coordinator - Animal Studies/RSPCA to join our team at Box Hill Institute.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of education professionals to design, deliver, evaluate, and continuously improve leading-edge programs for Animal Studies.
  • Optimise resourcing and manage day-to-day operational effectiveness for the team.
  • Provide ongoing professional development for team members and proactively manage team and individual performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across BHI to ensure student experience and outcomes align with the overall strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree or approved AQF Level 6 or above educational qualifications.
  • A vocational qualification relevant to the courses delivered.
  • Highly developed educational leadership expertise, extensive management and/or teaching skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and motivating a high-performance team, managing performance, facilitating development, and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teaching programs that comply with relevant quality standards, with a strong understanding of competency-based training and assessment.
