Our Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is eager to make a difference in the lives of our students. As a Community Services Programs Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach within the Operations Area of Community Services & Early Childhood Education Programs within the Faculty of Health, Community and Animals. You will report to the Course Coordinators and be responsible for liaising with students, relevant industry groups, community services providers, overseas partners and employees of BHI at all levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) and relevant industry qualifications and experience. They will also have a sound understanding of learning theories, including adult learning theory and post-modernist theory and the ability to apply these in various settings. Experience in student management systems for attendance tracking, retrieval of student details where required and resulting Active listening and problem solving with a commitment to professional communications, excellent customer service and continuous improvement is also essential.
Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
