National Retail Channel Account Manager Role

As a seasoned professional, you will drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the national retail channel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will collaborate with the Retail Channel Lead to strategize, develop and execute sales initiatives that drive incremental business outcomes.
  • Establish and lead close working relationships with senior representatives of relevant multi-brand retail partners, including distributors and online partners.
  • Develop partner sales efficiency and maximize sales of Apple products to end-users.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achieve quarterly marketing and in-store/on-line activities to meet weekly sell-through targets.
  • Ensure all POS forecast from Partners are reliable and understand weekly variance where applicable.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Channel Management and Retail sales.
  • A consistent track record in delivering ambitious growth targets.
  • Detailed experience with merchandising plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
