This is a critical role that requires strategic vision, leadership and business acumen to drive the development and management of channel sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel management, possessing a deep understanding of the complexities involved in developing and executing channel strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive channel development plans, strategies, and layouts aligned with the company's overall strategy;
- Utilize data-driven insights from sales and channel performance to inform channel development, maintenance, and optimization initiatives, driving growth and achievement of sales targets;
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, fostering long-term collaborations that deliver mutual value and support the company's goals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute market promotion activities, product programs, and value delivery initiatives that drive recruitment and engagement of channels.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in channel management, preferably with expertise in digital communication channels;
- Strong background in establishing and maintaining effective channel systems across various industries;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese languages, with ability to communicate effectively as working language;
- Full-time employment;
