Job Summary

TikTok's Small and Medium Business team helps businesses connect with our audience, discover new opportunities, and achieve their marketing goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled New Business Development Manager to join our team.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Small and Medium Business industry and market trends.
  • Have experience in pipeline building through prospecting and reaching out to new customers.
  • Be proficient with sales prospecting tactics and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and/or business development.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving goals.
Responsibilities

This role is responsible for:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to conduct thorough market research.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing high potential advertisers and marketing agencies for the TikTok Ads Platform.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to develop best practices for client acquisition and sales.
Key Performance Indicators

The successful candidate will be measured on:

  • Meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative acquisition sales targets.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of business.
  • Onboarding new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform.
