Strategic Business Growth Executive

This role focuses on driving the growth of Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) by partnering with customers to build a coordination layer between humans and AI. This enables SMBs to work smarter and grow faster.

The successful candidate will own a dynamic book of business, drive expansion and new acquisition through strategic account management, outbound prospecting, and inbound opportunity conversion.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts, balancing retention, adoption, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Increase product engagement, identify growth opportunities, and deliver incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across accounts.
  • Segment accounts and develop tailored Account Plans for high-propensity prospects.
  • Run persona-based and vertical-specific outbound motions targeting self-serve and white-space accounts.
  • Qualify and close opportunities generated by marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams.
  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery and solution mapping to negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts with a high degree of precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive expansion and new acquisition.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Run targeted campaigns to engage new prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Lead Conversion: Qualify and close leads generated by marketing and SDR teams.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and productivity software.
