About the Role:

Camms is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating new business leads through cold calling, email, and other outreach efforts
  • Qualifying and nurturing leads to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
