About the Role

The Department of State Development is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Office for Small and Family Business, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to South Australian businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to general enquiries and provide up-to-date information on government grants, support programs, and resources to help businesses succeed.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the team in developing, delivering, and promoting business support tools, resources, and services.
  • Work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve high-level performance outcomes within tight timeframes.
  • Prepare high-quality information, correspondence, briefings, and other materials for Executive and Ministerial purposes.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing quality customer service in a high-volume and high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of business programs and supports delivered by all levels of government and external parties.
