As a Catering Attendant with dnata catering, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to passengers onboard our airline customer flights.

Working across various kitchen and assembly areas, you will be responsible for preparing, plating, and packaging meals to meet the highest standards of presentation and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Food handling and meal preparation, ensuring presentation specifications are met using visual guides.
  • Assisting chefs with meal packing and loading into meal racks and airline carts for delivery.
  • Working on different classes, including Economy, Business Class, and First Class menus for various client airlines.
  • Compliance with food safety and HACCP guidelines, and adherence to hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Attention to detail and focus on accurate counting.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move/lift items.
  • Flexibility to work shift hours across a 7-day roster.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP (desired but not essential).
  • Basic knife skills (desired but not essential).
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week as a full-time permanent position.
