As a Catering Attendant with dnata catering, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals to our airline customers. Your main responsibilities will include food handling, plating meals, and meal tray set, ensuring presentation specifications are met using our visual guides.

Additionally, you will be responsible for stocking airline carts with dry store items, loading and unloading wash lines, and ensuring that all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition. You will also be required to comply with food safety and HACCP guidelines, and adhere to hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have sound numerical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as move and lift items. You will also need to be able to work shift work across a 7-day roster and have a neat and tidy presentation.
