Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present meals to the highest standards, ensuring that all dishes meet our visual guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Stock airline carts with dry store items, including equipment, packaged snacks, and beverages.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Load and unload wash lines, ensuring that all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain compliance with food safety and HACCP guidelines, adhering to strict hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Requirements
  • Numerical Skills: Possess sound numerical skills to manage inventory and track orders.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move, and lift items as required.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a 7-day roster, including shift work and varying hours.
  • Personal Presentation: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
  • Desirable Skills: Sound knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP, basic knife skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
