- Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Numerical Skills: Possess sound numerical skills to accurately manage inventory and stock levels.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move, and lift items as required.
- Shift Work: Willingness to work shift work across a 7-day roster.
- Neat and Tidy Presentation: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, adhering to our company's standards.
- Food Hygiene Knowledge: Possess sound knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles (desired but not essential).
- Basic Knife Skills: Demonstrate basic knife skills (desired but not essential).
- Criminal History Check: Obtain a clear National Police Check as required by the Aviation Services industry.
- Availability: Availability to work 38 hours/week, as this role is a full-time permanent position.
