Global Retail Brands Australia is excited to introduce a dynamic opportunity within the People & Culture team.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be part of an esteemed team and report directly to the Talent Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading onboarding processes to ensure all administrative requirements are completed and comply with legal regulations.
  • Conducting pre-employment checks such as Health Declarations and Visas to ensure new employees meet fitness and immigration standards.
  • Assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and issuing employment contracts and policies.
  • Addressing new employee queries regarding contracts and onboarding processes.

About you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or recent HR graduate/study in progress.
  • Good working knowledge of TA and/or HR practices, award interpretation, and employment conditions.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information.
