Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various roles.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to finalizing job offers. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, creating compelling job ads, posting listings on relevant platforms, reviewing applications, conducting structured phone screens, and scheduling interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence in using ATS platforms and keeping accurate records
  • The ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without dropping the ball
  • A proactive mindset -if something needs doing, you step up and own it
