At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we're looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage, and secure the very best talent for both our Support Office and Retail teams. This is your opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping our future workforce and building strong talent pipelines for what's next.

PLEASE NOTE - This is a 12 month contract

About The Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Retail Leadership and Entry Level Support Office vacancies
• Partner with leaders across the business to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate and hiring manager experience
• Build and maintain strong talent pools and communities to meet both current and future hiring needs
• Provide valuable market insights to inform hiring decisions and strengthen our employer brand
• Identify and escalate talent acquisition challenges or opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager
  
  

About You

• Experience in recruitment, ideally across both corporate and retail roles
• Strong sourcing skills with proven ability to identify and engage passive talent
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both stakeholders and candidates
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
• Experience with Springboard recruitment platform - Not essential
